Can I get a refund?

Do you issue certificates?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital certificate after completing the required assessments for the course. Keep it as a PDF and share it with clients or on your portfolio.
How long do I keep access?
You retain access for at least 24 months from purchase. We aim to keep access longer whenever possible and typically ship improvements as we update lessons.
I can’t sign in. What should I do?

Video is buffering or low quality—any tips?
